(Founder, CEO & President)
Rishi A. Nagrani, the humble steward at the helm of R.A.N. Properties, where he serves as CEO, President, and Founder. Embarking on the journey in 2001, Rishi has dedicated a portion of his career to the service of small and medium businesses through the realm of commercial real estate.
In addition to his roles in business, Rishi’s life unfolds with a touch of simplicity and accomplishment. A former collegiate soccer athlete, he gracefully transitioned into the world of triathlons, embodying the spirit of continuous growth. Beyond the business world, Rishi is an accomplished classical pianist and holds the titles of both Commercial, Multi Engine & Instrument Rated Jet Pilot.
Residing in Atlanta with his wife and four daughters, Rishi A. Nagrani personifies a harmonious blend of professional dedication and personal fulfillment.
Roberto Obando
(Director of Operations)Roberto Obando, a Miami native who set his sights on Atlanta at the age of 21. Early in his career, Roberto delved into the realm of industrial cleaning for large businesses, where he cultivated a profound understanding of commercial real estate dynamics.
In 2009, Roberto brought his expertise to R.A.N. Properties, making an immediate positive impact. His strategic approach resulted in the reduction of maintenance costs, enhanced efficiencies, and an overall improvement in the portfolio for our valued clients.
Fast forward to today, Roberto oversees and leads a team of over 30 dedicated individuals responsible for operating the diverse R.A.N. Properties portfolio. In collaboration with our long-term client partners, we are committed to a continuous journey of enhancing the business environments and spaces we provide.
Beyond the professional realm, Roberto has made Atlanta his home, living with his large family and his loyal canine companion, Smokie. As a pivotal force within R.A.N. Properties, Roberto embodies our commitment to excellence and the constant pursuit of improvement in everything we do.
Chad Carlson
(Facilities & Maintenance Manager)Chad Carlson is a multi-talented professional with an academic journey that reflects his diverse interests. Graduating from Georgia State University, he holds an undergraduate degree in Spanish, a graduate degree in Historic Preservation, and a certificate in advanced Spanish translation. In 2020, Chad joined the R.A.N. Properties team, bringing his unique skill set to our dynamic environment.
Beyond his role at R.A.N. Properties, Chad serves as a historian at the Georgia Department of Transportation, contributing his expertise to the preservation of Georgia’s rich history. Originally from Green Bay, Wisconsin, Chad has called Atlanta home since 1983, becoming deeply ingrained in the local community.
In his leisure time, Chad generously lends his skills to various volunteer initiatives. He actively supports Trees Atlanta, Americus the Beautiful in Americus, Georgia, and Glen Mary Farm in Sparta, Georgia, demonstrating a commitment to both environmental and community causes.
Chad Carlson is not only an asset to R.A.N. Properties but also a dedicated individual whose passion for history and community shines through in his professional and volunteer endeavors.
